Frailty is about Wesley Doyle, an FBI agent, is visited by Fenton Meeks who claims his brother Adam is the God’s hand serial killer. Before commuting suicide, Adam calls Fenton and asks to fulfill his promise of burying him in the rose garden. Fenton recalls his childhood to Wesley in an attempt to explain his brother's actions.
